At the induction ceremony on Thursday at the Eagles Square, President Buhari said the new helicopters would aid the fight against insecurity.
Buhari’s media aide, Bashir Ahmad, said in a tweet that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) under the present administration has procured and inducted 22 fighter aircrafts and helicopter gunships.
Mr Ahmad added that 17 additional aircrafts are expected.
