For the second time, Nigerian artiste, Burna Boy, has been nominated for the Grammy Awards.
His fifth studio album “Twice As Tall” falls in the “Best Global Music Album” category alongside Tinariwen (Amadjar), Anoushka Shankar (Love letters), Antibalas (Fu Chronicles), and Bebel Gilberto (Agora).
The 15-track album was released in August.
Recall that his previous album, “African Giant” was nominated for last year’s Grammy Awards alongside Angélique Kidjo who was the eventual winner.
The 63rd Annual Grammy Awards will hold on January 31, 2021, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
