The host of Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award, AMVCA, IK Osakioduwa, has shaded his co-host, Toke Makinwa, over her cosmetic enhancement.
IK while informing the organisers of the show about a need to add cosmetic surgeons to the category list, asked Toke if he made sense with his opinion.
According to him, the practice is very expensive and since a whole lot of female celebrities have undergone the surgery, their surgeons should also be awarded because they made great works.
IK also talked about how expensive the surgery used to be before the introduction of more cosmetic surgeons in Nigeria.
He said, “I will like to recommend that next year, we have to have a category for cosmetic surgeons who have worked so hard to make so many of these actors beautiful.
“They work so hard.. Listen is not a small deal.
“Do you know how expensive these plastic surgery is? I am not talking about the cheap ones we do in Nigeria.
“Back in the days, that was like $40,000. It was that expensive.” Then he turned to his co-host, “Toke am I lying?,” he asked.
It’s no news that a few celebrities like Toke Makinwa, Tonto Dike, Mercy Eke, Lilian Afegbai, Ini Edo, Nengi, others have undergone cosmetic surgeries to enhance their bodies.
