With the rampaging Coronavirus on the rise in Nigeria, five domestic airlines have suspended flights across the country.
Air Peace, Dana Air, Aero Contractors, Max Air and Arik have announced that it would seize operations.
While Dana and Aero shut down on Wednesday, the other three gave Friday as its ultimatum.
Despite the closure, a bulk of these airlines assured its customers with confirmed tickets that it can still be used when operations resume.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control on Wednesday confirmed Nigeria’s 45th and 46th cases.
The country, though, has recorded one death as confirmed by the NCDC on Tuesday.
