The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed the country’s seventh death from the novel COVID-19.
In an update via Twitter on Thursday evening, the NCDC also announced 14 new cases; 13 in Lagos and one in Delta.
This takes the number of confirmed cases to 288.
However, the health agency revealed that another seven persons have been discharged, tallying 51.
