The Federal Government has told Federal Civil Servants on Grade level 12 and below in Nigeria that the work-from-home order is still in place until further notice.
This was announced by the Chairman, Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19, Boss Mustapha, on Monday, in Abuja at the National Joint Media briefing.
“For over six months Federal Government employees on GL 12 and below have been observing work-from-home instructions. This restriction remains in place until further notice,” he emphasised.
The PSC chairman added that the extension was to avert a third wave.
With other countries still battling with the surge of the pandemic, Nigeria has had a relief in the past months and it is imortant to take preventive measures, like the work-from-home order.
