The wife of Afrobeat singer Paul Okoye, Anita Okoye, has demanded the sum of $15,000 (N7.8m) monthly as spousal support.
Recall that a leaked document about a possible divorce circulated the media yesterday, August 20, and in it, the petition made was present.
An excerpt of the divorce paper reads: “Payment of a monthly maintenance sum of $15,000.00 (US Dollars) for the general welfare, education, and health of the three children of the union who are presently in schools in the United States of America until they are of age.”
Anita relocated to the US in April with her three children.
