Vogue Magazine has filed a lawsuit against American rappers, Drake and 21 Savage, over the use of their magazine in their album ‘Her Loss’.

The album had the rappers as covers of the magazine and it was used for promotions.

The court documents obtained by TMZ showed that the rappers who had a joint album were accused of promoting their album in what appears like the real Vogue Magazine.

According to Vogue, this had made their fans curious on when the edition would be dropped, which is totally fake.

The magazine company also stated that some emails were sent by the managements of both rappers to the street making people actually purchase the magazine.

They claimed that words have been sent to them to take it down however they refuse hence the lawsuit.

They require a $4M to shut down the sale, promotions and for damages.

Although Drake gave the brand and editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, a shout out online, the owner, Condé Nast insisted that the album does not support her.

The album was released on November 4, 2022, shortly after a loss (Takeoff) in the industry and it has also created an uproar especially in the rap industry over some shades thrown at some women in the industry.
