The Minister of Women Affairs, Sulleman Ibrahim, has officially launched the Renewed Hope Empowerment Program in Asaba, Delta State, with a strong commitment to empowering women, families, and vulnerable groups across the region. The initiative, aimed at uplifting the community, saw the distribution of essential items including 50 kg bags of rice, solar-powered home systems, and fabrics to the beneficiaries.

During the event, Minister Ibrahim assured the crowd that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and First Lady Senator Olurami Tinubu are deeply committed to the welfare of Nigerians, particularly women, promising further support as part of their ongoing efforts to promote inclusive development.

She emphasized that under the leadership of President Tinubu and the Renewed Hope Agenda, women in Delta State and the entire nation will no longer be marginalized in national development. Instead, they will be empowered to lead, drive, and own the progress that is crucial for the country’s future.

Minister Ibrahim further explained that the federal government’s approach is not just an isolated intervention but part of a larger, holistic strategy aimed at transforming Nigeria. This comprehensive plan seeks to place women at the heart of the nation’s economic growth, democratic consolidation, and climate resilience efforts.

The launch of the Renewed Hope Empowerment Program is a clear indication of the government’s resolve to make tangible changes and uplift vulnerable communities across the country, particularly women, who will play a pivotal role in the nation’s future development.
