The Nigerian Police Force has allegedly fired teargas into the air at peaceful protesters at the Lekki Tollgate, Lekki, Lagos.
The protesters in a video were seen running helter-skelter and some pictures also showed the dispersed smoke lingering in the air.
Yesterday it was announced by the youths that a memorial rally will be held at the Lekki Tollgate to remember victims of the October 20, 2020 peaceful protest turned massacre.
A few celebrities like Falz, Mr Macaroni have been spotted leading the protest.
