Top fashion designer, Tom Ford, has lost his husband, Richard Buckley, to the cold hands of death.
His death was announced in a statement released by Ford’s team.
An excerpt of the statement reads, “It is with great sadness that Tom Ford announces the death of his beloved husband of 35 years, Richard Buckley.
“Richard passed away peacefully at their home in Los Angeles with Tom and their son Jack by his side.”
The couple tied the knot after dating for 28 years. They started dating in 1986 after they met at a fashion show.
Tom and Richard tied the knot in 2014 just after same-sex marriage was legalised in the United States.
They have a son together, Jack.
