Mother to Grammy Award winning artiste, Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, Bose Ogulu, has disclosed how she often disagrees with Burna Boy over money.
The mother, who is also the manager, in a recent interview with CNN, revealed that finance matters are sometimes the cause for disagreement between them.
She disclosed that contrary to people’s assumptions that they are too close and they do not disagree, she said it’s false.
According to her, she is prudent when it comes to money and Burna Boy just wants to spend, especially on his music videos.
She said, “We don’t think we should be spending money on the same thing.
“Burna Boy comes up with different ideas without considering the cost, especially when it comes to video shooting.
“Most times, he comes up with really crazy ideas without really thinking about what it will cost or what it doesn’t cost.
“And so, my first reaction would be no, that’s not going to work. How are we going to make back that money?”
