Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale, has received an honorary welcome at the Ankaful Prison facility where he is to serve his sentence.
The singer was sent on a 10-day remand for the false alarm he raised about a gunshot attack.
Shatta Wale received a rousing welcome as he stepped into the prison with officials.
The inmates were seen behind bars chanting his name and showering praises on him.
This was seen in a video that has since gone viral.
Recall that days ago, the artiste, who had revealed he was shot by some armed men at East Legon, was declared wanted by the Ghanaian police.
