Ghanaian singer, Shatta Wale’s father has cried out, begging the singer’s fans to pray for his son’s safety after he was declared missing following a shot.
It was reported that the singer was shot on Monday evening by some unknown armed men at East Legon.
Shatta Wale’s father stated that the singer has been missing ever since.
However, he also begged the fans to remain calm while they try to resolve the case.
The post was made on Instagram.
It reads: “The Mensah’s urge the general public to remain calm as my family and the ghana police service works to resolve the matter.
“As it stands Charles Nii Armah Mensah is nowhere to be found and that’s the situation – We want to assure the general public, well-wishers and his fans around the world that he’s not been pronounced dead.
“Please be calm and keep Shatta Wale in your prayers. Shatta Capo.”
