Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi, has given updates on colleague Kemi Afolabi’s illness.
The actress, in a recent and disturbing interview, revealed she is suffering from a terminal illness called Lupus.
Since then, few celebrities have publicly shown their support and prayers. The actress in the interview listed Mercy Aigbe, Toyin Abraham and others as those who have been supportive.
Yomi, in a post he made on his Instagram has stated that the actress is doing fine. He also appreciated those who made inquiries about her welfare.
He said, “Thank you all for your wonderful, sincere, and loving messages, calls and solidarity towards my friend and colleague Kemi Afolabi.
“These exemplary acts is therapy and so comforting.
“I am here this morning and can confirm she is holding up well. Continue to offer your support and prayers. Bless you all.”
