The Senate on Tuesday urged the Inspector General of Police, Baba Alkali, to make public, the report of his current investigations into the invasion of the residence of the Justice of the Supreme Court, Mary Odili.
The Senate resolution followed a point of order by Senator Betty Apiafi at the resumption of plenary.
The red chamber condemned the invasion and described it as a breach of Justice Odili’s privacy.
The Department of State Security (DSS) and the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have both denied that their operatives were involved in the raid on Odilli’s house.
