BBNaija’s Whitemoney has revealed that he is yet to earn from his music career. He stated that the career is yet to give him what he wants or craves for.
He revealed this in a recent interview with BBC Igbo, where he pointed out that his music has not been accepted because he doesn’t have a ‘fine voice’.
He said he only makes such money when he is invited to perform at events. He said people are yet to stream his songs the way he wants.
The BBNaija season 6 winner said he has a message and melody to share with his fans.
According to him, he has more enemies than friends. He said people are paid to spite him or hate him.
He said, “The truth is singing has not started paying me because I don’t get money from streaming, but I get money from performances. I don’t have the best voice but I have a message and melody.
“People criticise me, even those paid to criticise me. What you need to know is that I don’t sing to make you feel fine because you don’t feed or fund my musical career.”
