Oluwo of Iwo land, wife welcome first child

The oluwo of Iwo land, Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi, has welcomed his first child with his wife, olori Firdaus.

The press secretary to the royal house, Alli Ibrahim, made the announcement on Wednesday evening.

This is coming a year after he unveiled the identity of his wife after his first marriage failed.

In a statement released by Alli, the monarch thanked God for the delivery and also eulogised his wife for the journey.

He wrote, “Olodumare Oseun!! I thank God Almighty for a blessing beautiful child through my beautiful Queen…hip hip hip hurray..I’m blessed.

“Carrying a baby for months is tasking. I congratulate my queen on the arrival of a new child. She deserves accolades. I have strong trust in whatever comes out of her womb.

“The child shall be greater and be prosperous than me. Once again, congratulations to my beautiful, elegant, respectful and loving queen Firdaus.

His marriage to his Canadian ex, Chanel Chin ended three years before his latest marriage to olori Firdaus.
