The Co- Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Council and National leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has slammed the opposition Peoples Democratic Party,PDP, that its approach to presidential election is poor and lacks what it takes to win an election saying it will lose the election.

Tinubu who spoke in Lagos while addressing the party stakeholders and its supporters at a meeting held at the party secretariat at Acme Road, Ikeja stated that the PDP lacked the support across the country to win the general elections.

The APC National Leader urged members of APC to mobilise their neighbors towards the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari and all APC National Assembly candidates, stressing that the party was not bothered about the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and its antics, but was only interested in the PDP that is its main opponent in the general elections.

According to him, “Muhammadu Buhari is our President, we must mobilise from house to house for his victory. INEC is not our opponent it is PDP, that is our opponent and we would join hands and beat them at the polls. They don’t have our strength in North-West, North-East, in South West and North-Central, where are they going to pass, we are going to win.

“All of you that have problems go and see the leaders in your wards; you must have the membership register of people in the wards, tonight there must be meeting at your wards and you must give instruction to all members in the wards, we know how many polling booths are in your areas you must deliver them.” Tinubu said.

The APC leader also t appealled to Igbo and non indigenes resident in Lagos State to vote for the APC candidates in the general elections, unlike what most of them did in 2015, when they voted against the party candidates in some areas, just as he stressed that he had also helped to block action against them in the state in recent years.

“We appeal to our Igbo brothers, this is the state where you are doing business, working, your children are in our schools, we don’t discriminate against them.

“We don’t discriminate against them in WAEC fees in our school, we don’t discriminate against them in NECO exams, we don’t discriminate against them in JAMB, they are in our university we don’t discriminate against them, now this is the time we say help us, vote for APC.

“. I was the one who saved ASPAMDA from demolition, if you are now doing this, rubbing insult on injury, we know how to behave,” Tinubu added”
