Singer and songwriter, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi, has pleaded with his fans and well-wishers to pray for him.
This follows a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan over his spine.
In a tweet on Thursday, the Afrobeat sensation, who recently dropped a post to anticipate his second studio album ‘Rum & Boogie’, said he can not perform or work out for now.
“So MRI shows my spine is fucked. Doctor says not to stress, work out or perform for now,” he wrote.
“Kinda scary but yea, we move. Say A Prayer For Me Cos I Got This.”
Peruzzi signed for Davido Music World in 2018.
Before that, he began his musical career in 2016 with Golden Boy Records.
He featured in Tuface Idibia’s hit single ‘Amaka’.
Peruzzi courted controversy when he featured ex-reality stay, Cee Cee in his music video, “Majesty”.
