Hollywood actor, Jason David Frank, also known as the original “Mighty Morphin” in TV series Power Rangers, has died. He was 49.
According to TMZ, his representative Justine Hunt made the report. Jason died in Texas.
Although the cause of death is yet to be officially released but rumour has it that Jason committed suicide.
The family has asked that the public allow them to mourn in peace so they can ‘come to terms with the loss of such a wonderful human being’.
Frank played the Green Ranger Tommy Oliver in the popular 1990s series. He also took on so many other roles in the Power Ranger series.
His recent project was ‘Legend of the White Dragon’.
