Scores of terrorists killed as troops raid six Boko Haram camps in Borno

Troops of the Nigerian Army under Operation Hadin Kai have reportedly killed scores of Boko Haram members as they raided six terrorists’ camps in the fringes of Sambisa Forest in Borno State.

According to report by Zagazola Makama, a Counter Insurgency Expert in the Lake Chad, the terrorists were eliminated after troops of 21 Task Force Brigade Bama, in conjunction with Civilian Joint Task Force, (CJTF), yesterday made a crushing intrusion into the terrorists’ enclaves.

The troops were to have successfully cleared the terrorists’ hideouts located in Bula Agaida; Bula Yaga; Bula Lambai; Kuluri; Bula Umar and New Churchur in Bama local government area of Borno State.

It was also gathered that during the raid, the troops discovered and destroyed a large Boko Haram camp.
