The body of popular gospel singer, Chinedu Nwadike, who died on Sunday, March 27, 2022, has been laid to rest. He was 39 years old.
The singer was laid to eternal rest amidst wailing cries on June 3, at his family compound in Umuokekpu, Owerr-Ebiri, Orlu Local Government Area of Imo state.
According to reports, he had died in the hospital after a long battle with chronic kidney disease. He was reported to have passed as he was embarking on a journey to India for treatment after soliciting for funds.
He is known for hit songs like God of Vengeance, Afo Ngozi’m, Marry Me and I do. Nwadike is survived by his wife and three children.
