Six soldiers attached to the 151 Task Force Battalion of the Nigerian Army serving in Adamawa State were killed on Sunday morning in an ambush by elements believed to be members of Boko Haram terrorist organisation.
The soldiers who were part of the Nigerian armed forces fighting against terror in the North East were killed in action at Banki junction.
KaftanPost learnt that the soldiers include two Sergeants, two Lance Corporal and two Privates.
Their names are being withheld to enable their families to be properly informed by the Nigerian Army in line with military tradition.
