The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the election of Ahmadu Fintiri and Samuel Ortom as governor of Adamawa and Benue States.
The court dismissed the appeal by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Jibrilla Bindo.
The apex court also dismissed the appeal by Emmanuel Jime, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the election.
