Aside from being an entrepreneur, the cast members of the real housewives of Lagos are serving up high fashion in the popular reality show.
So far, there has been nine episodes with lots of drama, attitude and showcasing of fashion styles beginning from Tiannah’s baby shower to chilling in Dubai.
The fashion game of these wealthy Lagos housewives is on point as their styles, hair and makeup budget are obviously not cheap.
We will like to focus on the fashion styles of Toyin Lawani and Chioma Ikokwu as they both have brought breathe-taking fashion designs to the show.
These powerful women dragged our attention with their bold looks and how they own every outfits, Chioma and Toyin made fashion statement to a point of having an argument on who got the best fashion entrance.
Toyin Lawani has proven to be the king of fashion over and over again as she puts so much love and energy into her work as a fashion designer.
During her diary sessions, the king of fashion pulled out daring but incredible styles like dressing as the queen of spades or wearing a full pencil neck piece and sharpener earrings.
Our favorite look from Toyin’s dairy sessions was the beautiful yellow outfit she wore on episode one of the reality series, the outfit featured a long jacket with ruffles & white pattern at the edge, a crop top and a straight long pants.
Second favorite look is the stunning Yoruba attire Toyin wore on episode nine as she hosted a traditional party for the housewives, the look was inspired by her grandmother which included a red & white agbada, a white shirt and gele, pairing it with coral beads and African horse tail known as Irukere.
While Toyin displayed her creativity on the show, Chioma brought class wearing bright color looks from top Nigeria designers like Veekee James and Matopeda.
From the first episode to the ninth, Chioma wore eye-catching looks with dramatic head pieces and she also slayed all her beach outfits like wearing a full pink bikini and pairing it with a pink pump heels.
Chioma diary looks were classic and our favorite was the gorgeous purple lace jumpsuit she wore on episode six which featured black leather, paired with a bold head piece and a loud silver choker necklace.
On episode three and six, the co-founder of Good Hair rocked dazzling white dresses, she attended Carolyna’s themed party in a gorgeous white lace gown and a big flower head piece to go with it, making her the best dressed at the party.
At Laura’s fashion runway show, Chioma was fashionably late as she made an entrance in a white dress from Weiz Dhurm Frankiln which came with a dramatic head piece and gloves, pairing the look with white sunglasses and blue clutch bag.
There could be a question on who got the best fashion style between Toyin and Chioma but one thing for sure is that these women will bring high fashion and luxury in true Lagos style.
