Nigeria’s Blessing Oborodudu has qualified for the final in the women’s wrestling event at the ongoing Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Oborududu won 7-2 against Battsetseg Soronzobold of Mongolia to reach the final of the 68kg.
Her qualification guarantees Team Nigeria a silver or gold medal.
The impressive Nigerian wrestler faces America’s Tamyra Mensah-Stock in the final.
She had defeated Azerbaijani’s Elis Manolova and Meerim Zhumanazarova of Kyrgyzstan to advance to her first Olympic semi-finals.
