The United State President, Donald Trump’s childhood home in New York is back on the market after being sold twice since 2016.

The agent in charge, Paramount Realty Agency on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 has launched a fundraiser on GoFundMe, calling on Trump’s fans to contribute towards reaching a $3m goal.

The Estate Agent has recently tried to sell the president’s childhood home again but without success.

The Real Estate Agency however, is appealing to Trump’s fans to buy this house so it serves as a parting gift for the President.

They came up with this idea after trying to sell the house located in the affluent Jamaica Estates neighbourhood in New York’s Queens borough, for $3m without success.

The agency claimed this has never happened before, stating this is a first attempt, hoping it works.

“It is more likely that one million people who love Trump would each give three dollars, rather than a wealthy buyer giving three million,” he said.

The mock Tudor five bedroom house where Trump had lived till he aged four is critically not worth more than $1 million but its “intangible value” makes the house unique.

This makes the house sell for $2.14 million in March 2017 after Donald Trump took office according to Misha Haghani.

Paramount real estate agent, Misha Hagbani, has also stated that the former real estate mogul is about to leave the white house and buying the house for him would be a thank you present.

‘Almost like a thank you or a going away present for those who do love him, ” he said.

Mr Trump would get to choose whose charity program the house would go if he doesn’t want the house and if he doesn’t make the decision, the agency will make that for him. The aim is buying the house off market.

“We will make a selection for him,” Hagbani said.

The GoFundMe had received $45 since it went live on Tuesday.
