Award winning singer and fashion mogul, Rihanna Fenty, has opened up on reasons she refused to hide her pregnancy since its reveal.
In an interview with Vogue, the billionaire who is expecting her first child with lover Asap Rocky said she is not ashamed of the way her body keeps changing and she loves to explore it.
She also added that she refused to limit her fashion styles to maternity wear like everyone else.
According to her, she enjoys getting dressed up and she is not going to change that because she is pregnant.
Rihanna, who has been seen at popular events, fashion shows, casual outings with her bare protruded belly said, “When I found out I was pregnant, I thought to myself, there is no way I’m going to go shopping in no maternity aisle.
“My body is doing incredible things right now, and I’m not going to be ashamed of that, This time should feel celebratory because why should you be hiding your pregnancy?
“I’m sorry, it’s too much fun to get dressed up and I am not going to let that part disappear because my body is changing.”
She made her pregnancy known in January and has since been flaunting it both on her Instagram page and paparazzi.
Rihanna, who has always been a private person, seem to have given it all up. She revealed the identity of her lover, Asap Rocky, and has also been sharing her pregnancy journey.
