It appears that Nollywood couple, Damola Olatunji and Bukola Arugba’s marriage is on the rocks.
A rumour about their marital crisis had surfaced months ago.
To confirm the crisis, Bukola, who is well known to always eulogise her husband during birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other memorable days, had posted a line at the actor’s last birthday.
She also referred to him as ‘baba Ibeji”. Shortly after that, she said she would be away from Instagram for a while.
Bukola also dropped cryptic messages about relationships after that.
In a new post, Damola posted a video from his Tiktok page on his Instagram page. He was in bed in a sober mood as he listened to Mariah Carey’s ‘Always Be My Baby’.
He wrote the lyrics of the song in his caption begging for his wife’s attention. He went further to state that he let the love of his life fly away because he is certain their love will never die.
The caption read, “We were as one babe, for a moment in time. 099 And it seemed everlasting. That you would always be mine. Now you want to be free. So I’m lettin you fly.
“Cause I know in my heart babe. Our love will never die. No you’ll always be a part of me. I’m part of you indefinitely. Boy don’t you know you can’t escape me.
