Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha has been granted bail.
The actor, who was accused case of raping and assaulting a minor, has been granted bail, again, for the second time.
He was formerly granted a N500,000 bail in May but couldn’t come up with the bail conditions.
However, after today’s ruling at the Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, a fresh bail has been granted Baba Ijesha by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo.
According to the court, the bail is the actor’s fundamental right.
