Nollywood actress, Nse Ikpe-Etim has won the best lead actress in the just concluded Africa Movie Academy Awards, AMAA 2023.
She won for her role in the movie Four, Four Forty Four ‘4-4-44’.
The actress on her Instagram page shared three photos to celebrate her latest feat. She wrote, “Grateful beyond words.”
Her comment had her colleagues like Funke Akindele, Mofe Damijo amongst others congratulating her for her win.
She won in the list with Adesua Etomi for the movie ‘Gangs of Lagos’, Bimbo Ademoye for the movie ‘Anikulapo’ and others.
Nse Ikpe-Etim has also broken the record for the best leading actress in a leading role four years after a Nigerian actress had won the award.
