APC appoints Bulama as Ag. National Secretary

The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Comrade Adams Oshiomole on Monday appointed Arch. Waziri Bulama as the party’s new National Secretary.

The inauguration took place at the National Secretariat of the party in Abuja with Borno and Gombe Governors in attendance.

This was contained in a statement signed by National Publicity Secretary Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu.

The ruling party had been without a national scribe since Mai Mala Buni vacated the position after being elected as Governor of Yobe State.

Arch. Waziri Bulama was on Monday appointed as Acting National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the party’s National Secretariat. The inauguration was conducted by the National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole along with members of the National Working Committee members

Bulama would remain in acting capacity pending the North-East zonal convention.

The inauguration of the new acting National Secretary was witnessed by the Governor of Gombe State, Alh. Mohammed Inuwa Yahaya; Governor of Borno State, Babagana Umara Zulum; Chairman of the APC Forum of State Chairmen and the APC chairman in Borno State, Ali Bukar Dalori among other senior party members.

Recall that the position became vacant following the election of the former National Secretary, Mai Mala Buni as Governor of Yobe State.
