Singer Asake has paid his tribute to the victims of the Brixton canceled concert in London.
Recall that a week ago, there was a report that Asake’s concert had been canceled due to a breach of security.
Some concert goers had been seriously injured with at least two dead.
The Lambeth Police confirmed two critically injured women, Rebecca Ikumelo and Gabrielle Hutchinson, had died due to the stampede.
The third woman is still receiving treatment according to the police.
Asake during a show at the Flytime event in Lagos, had shown his remorse towards the victims.
He said, “Inside of me, I feel pained for them. May their souls rest in peace.
“But before we go I just want us to observe a minute of silence for them, those who lost their lives in London.
“We love them, may God be with them.”
