Following Beauty Tukura’s disqualification, her brother, Kwayi Tukura, in her defense, told Nigerians to go easy on his sister because she gave the content they signed for.
In a video he made, he welcomed his sister saying Beauty was the most talked about in a boring season.
“Person go reality TV, una no wan mey dem give una content. Na wa for you o. Her script was perfect… she gave the most interesting content in the house even though Big Brother’s rules are a bit mild.
He went further to say Nigerians can also attest to it that Beauty gave the most contents in the house.
This didn’t sit well with a lot of Nigerians who were still riled up by her actions and the disqualification.
They dragged the living hell out of her brother.
Kwayi dropped a statement to apologize, saying his sister overplayed her role and his video was in a way to welcome her home and to render support to his little sister.
The statement read, “Basically I appreciate the support given her by people who don’t even know her ,my point was really she’s human and of course she will work on managing her emotions better.
“I also most definitely wouldn’t encourage that she displayed her emotions in that manner ,the video was not an indication of supporting violence in the big brother house .
“I deeply regret if that message came across wrongly .
“That video is also not the view point of @beautytukura on the matter nor is it that of her management team ,it was mine and I hope everyone offended by it will realize my true intent for making it.
“It was just a brother trying to stand up for his baby sister.”
