The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, will broadcast to the country at 7 pm on Sunday 29 March 2020.
A statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, said Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are directed to connect to the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) network services for broadcast.
It would be recalled that several Nigerians have been anxious to hear what the President would have to say about the rampant coronavirus pandemic for which 97 reported cases have been confirmed in the country.
