Businessman and photographer, Abu Salami, has called out award winning singer, Davido, for allegedly owing him a sum of N218 million.
The photographer showed a video where he is being tortured and beaten, he stated that the singer sent them to beat him over the debt he is owing him.
According to him, he had paid Davido N218 million out of N326 million to influence a football project for kids and he failed to show up. He said he had embarked on a nationwide tour across 20 states with an 11-men production team looking for young talented footballers and Davido disappointed them.
He said Davido refused to refund the money and has been bullying him since then.
Salami shared screenshots of chats between Davido and himself to back his claims. He said the absence had cost him extra 42 million naira.
Netizens have called the singer out, referring to him as Sam Larry while some have stood firmly to support their favourite singer.
