Comedian Maurice Imadu also known as Mc Morris has called his senior colleague, I Go Dye, out over unpaid debt.
The comedian took to his Instagram story to show evidence of the event where I Go Dye had promised to give him $1000 which was given to a fan.
He showed videos on his Insta story. In the video, I Go Dye had thrown a bag of money to an individual in the crowd and when MC Morris had charged at the individual to take the money, I Go Dye had instructed him to leave the money.
In his post, he wrote, “Since everybody is dragging money on internet today, may I quickly speak up so nobody go say “why din’t he speak up”
“Today makes it 24days, comedian I go dye is owing me $1000 (1million naira) please, I need the money for my sanity’s sake bro. It’s almost month end in Canada and bills are loaded.
“This promise was made on Oct 1st at the more than a legend tour with P G at exactly 11:49pm 30 secs. After I picked money and bros use am take dash. Please pay up bro, justice for me.”
Many are left astonished with some wondering if it’s a comedy stunt especially after seeing the videos. A few celebrities and socialites have called notable artistes out over debt in the last few days.
A businessman took to his Instagram page to show a disturbing video of how he was being beaten by Davido’s thugs. He claimed Davido is owing him N218million over a project he failed to show up for. He went on to say that he is being bullied because Davido does not want to pay up.
Shortly after that, singer Dammy Krane equally took to his Twitter account to call out Davido for the second time over an unpaid debt.
