The wife of On-Air-Personality, Kayode Ojuola Oladotun aka Do2dtun, Omotayo, has filed for divorce over domestic violence, emotional abuse and forced abortion.
Omotayo filed the divorce before Justice A. I Akobi of Court 23, High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, in Suit Number: GWD/PET/25/2021 in November 2021.
This was made over allegations of “unending reckless emotional abuse, forced abortion and vicious domestic violence”
An act that had impacted her health and emotional welfare.
The media personality allegedly forced himself into Omotayo’s Abuja residence on December 14, 2022, injuring her staff in the process. Omotayo claimed she had kept her whereabouts to herself and Do2dtun had hurled insults at who he met.
Her lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, who is also D’Banj’s lawyer, stated that Do2dtun forced his wife to abort their third pregnancy.
The Deputy Inspector General of Police, Force Criminal Investigation Department, Abuja, was equally charged with unlawful entry, criminal trespass, malicious damage and unlawful use of officers.
This is coming just hours after the OAP threatened D’Banj who is Omotayo’s brother.
The duo tied the knot in 2013 and they have two children.
