Reality TV star and former BBNaija housemate, Uruel Oputa, has issued a piece of advice to her younger colleagues, especially the newest set of BBNaija housemates.

It’s no news that the reason some of the Level Up housemates are not getting brands is because of their overcharged prices.

A particular housemate, Chichi, has made it clear a million times that she will not be accepting less than N5 million for a deal. She has also made several TikTok videos to pass the message.

In a recent video she shared, she said she can not accept a one-year deal of N5 million.

In reaction to this, Uriel said these housemates need to be more reasonable. She stated that longevity is key to making successful relationship with brands.

She said, “Word of advice to all the New BBN stars. Don’t overcharge brands. Longevity is key. Be reasonable so they use you again even when the next BBN stars come out. Always have a good attitude.

“Try to bring a personal touch to the brand, even if you have management. It’s not about Grabbing everything now. It’s about creating visibility for the near future.”

This is coming after a blogger, Tosin Silverdam, posted a list of requirements from Level Up housemates.

Here is a part of the rate required from brands.

Instagram story post 500k,

Tiktok post 1 million,

Event Appearance 2.5 million,

Brand Activation 4.5 Million,

Instagram Live 1.5 million for 10 minutes.
