The Nollywood Yoruba industry is currently on fire as some actresses clash openly, revealing dirty laundry over APC candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Following the election and the anticipation of the result of the general 2023 election, some actresses have dragged their colleague, Iyabo Ojo, through the mud over her support for Peter Obi.
Actress Dayo Amusa called Iyabo Ojo an ingrate who referred to MC Oluomo as a thug. Dayo claimed the former NURTW boss had helped Iyabo several times in the past.
She said MC Oluomo paid for Iyabo’s daughter’s fees in the past and also other bills.
It reads, “When he dey pay your children’s school fees, e no be thug.
“When he dey pay your children’s birthday party bills, he no be thug!! When he dey pay your house rent, he no be thug!!
“When he dey sponsor your fight tickets, he no be thug!! When he dey lodge you and your children for hotel for weeks when depression wan kill you, he no be thug!!
“When he dey pay your new house mortgage, he no be thug!! BLOODY INGRATE!”
Another actor, Adams Kehinde aka Lege Miami called Iyabo out for her support. In a series of voice notes, Lege told Iyabo to stop what she’s doing, which is her strong support for Peter Obi. Lege claimed MC Oluomo should not be ridiculed because he helped Iyabo Ojo.
Recall that Iyabo since the election had been sharing updates about other polling units.
An actress, Bimbo Akinsanya, in a screenshot by Kemi Filani stated that Iyabo Ojo is sleeping with MC Oluomo. She had allegedly reposted Dayo’s post with a mew information of her own.
Iyabo has reacted to the claims. In a new video, she openly claimed that MC Oluomo and herself have been friends for more than a decade. She also confirmed that as friends, MC Oluomo had helped her several times.
She went on to add that she does like MC Oluomo as her friend but will never support his candidate if she is not in sync with his choice.
