The ex-beauty queen and ex-wife of the Former Minister of Culture & Tourism, Femi Fani-Kayode, Precious Chikwendu, has reacted to rumours of reconciliation with her husband.
The rumour had reignited when FFK took to his Instagram page on Wednesday, June 13, to share lovely photos of them as they stepped out in style for a dinner.
They were in matching outfits and in a cozy manner as they exchanged pleasantries with other guests.
FFK in his caption wrote, “Precious and I had the honor and privilege of attending a dinner in honor of our brother, the newly-elected Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu and his beautiful wife yesterday evening.
“It was a wonderful and well-attended occasion and we wish Ben a successful tenure in office. I have no doubt that he will do us proud and help to move our nation forward.”
The message came as a surprise to many who were in disbelief over the fact that Precious could return to her estranged husband following the alleged abusive relationship she was in.
Recall that Precious, who was initially restricted to have connections with her children, had taken to the media to grant several interviews about her marriage to the politician and the abuse she was subjected to.
She went ahead to plead with Nigerians to come to her aid. There were several court proceedings over the custody of their children.
However, in a new post on her page, Precious shared a picture of herself. Uninterested by the comments in the politician’s page, she wrote, “Ayo’mi.”
