Barbadian female singer, Robyn Fenty, also known as Rihanna, has been declared a billionaire by American business magazine, Forbes.
According to Forbes, the singer and entrepreneur was able to attain that with her cosmetic company, Fenty Beauty, which she launched in 2017.
Rihanna has now been declared as the wealthiest female musician in the world with a net worth of $1.7billion. She comes second to Oprah Winfrey who is the richest female entertainer in the world.
Her music generated some of her wealth estimate while the cosmetic company produced an estimate of $1.4 billion.
Her lingerie line, Savage x Fenty, which was launched in 2018, raised $115 million in funding.
