It was indeed a total shut down for the Nollywood industry yesterday, April 19, 2022, as celebrities trooped out to support their own, Rita Dominic,as she tied the knot with her lover.
Many graced the occasion in person while those who couldn’t attend posted the actress on their social media platforms celebrating her.
However, it seems like some actresses didn’t do either of the two, which appeared to have been deliberate, creating a raised eyebrow in the media.
Celebrities like Tonto Dikeh who is also an Igbo woman didn’t make it to the event, which is surprising.
Other notable persons like Funke Akindele, Mercy Aigbe, Omoni Oboli, Nkechi Blessing, Ada Ameh, Lilian Esoro, Destiny Amaka, Ufuoma MCDermott and many others.
