Celebrities are beginning to pour out their frustrations considering TAMPAN’s ban and threats on fellow Nollywood actresses, Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing.

Nollywood actor, Funsho Adeolu, took to his Instagram page today, June 28, after news of the ban broke to the media, to blast TAMPAN over the threats.

He posted a picture of himself fully masked. According to him, he is ashamed of such acts made by so-called ‘leaders’.

In his words, “My face is covered, not because of covid but in shame on behalf of those who call themselves leaders of local association and do not have the interest of members at heart. God is watching o.”

Comic actor and activist, Debo Adebayo popularly known as Macaroni, also reacted to the news.

“Tampan suspends Iyabo Ojo. Not only did they suspend her, there was a full press conference stating a million and one things she did wrong. Interesting how this is happening only after Baba Ijesha was granted bail. Really Interesting,” he said.

Ace actress, Toyin Abraham, equally showed her support to her banned colleagues and friends, Nkechi Blessing and Iyabo Ojo. Other celebrities include Halima Abubakar, Toke Makinwa, Susan Peters, Kelly Hansome, e.t.c.
