The organisers of the Recording Academy, Grammy awards, have released the dates for nomination and the ceremony.
The news was shared via their official Twitter page on Thursday, June 29, 2023.
The 66th Grammys nominees will be unveiled on November 10, 2023 and the ceremony will be held on February 4, 2024.
The event is expected to air on CBS from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Voting begins almost immediately after the nomination list gets released.
The list would also include the three new categories; Best African Music Performance, Best Pop Dance Recording and Best Alternative Jazz Album.
The Best African Music Performance category gives opportunities to both contemporary and traditional music from the African continent which includes Amapiano, Afrobeats, Afro-pop, Fuji, Reggae, High Life etc.
