The first wife of producer Tchidi Chikere, Sophia Williams, has reacted to the news of his third marriage.
The mother of four who is still in good communication with her ex-husband took to his comment section to congratulate him for his marriage.
She took to her page to celebrate him. She wrote, “Congrats my G” with a clapping emoji.
In an interview with Kemi Filani, she stated how she had remained in a civil relationship with her ex because of the children.
She said she is equally happy for Tchidi because she understands that love is a sacrifice and unavoidable. According to her, she moved on a long time ago.
Referring to Tchidi as a family, she said, “My sister, You know that we are family still.
“So, no matter what and we have an understanding basically for the kids only and I have moved on long long time ago. l’m happy and doing so well by God’s grace.
“To be honest, I am happy for him. Life is for the living. Do what makes you happy. This thing called love is deep! Love is sacrifice.”
Tchidi was married to another actress, Nuella Njubigbo, after his marriage to Sophia collapsed over an infidelity scandal. Nuella and Tchidi share a daughter while Sophia has three sons with her ex-husband.
The ex-husband equally shared screenshots of messages shared between them to confirm their co-parenting and cordial relationship.
