Popular comedian and actress, Anita Alaire Asuoha also known as Warri Pikin, has disclosed how she had attempted suicide over debts.
In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, she narrated how she had been taken to different hospitals and she had made it to the third.
She said her second chance in life had given her opportunities. According to her, she had picked herself up, which had led her to creating motivational videos.
Warri Pikin said the motivational videos had saved a few and that had encouraged her.
“I and my husband had issues, financial issues, with debts and everything, when I attempted suicide in June 6.. So, I no die, they carry me like three different hospitals.
“… God no wan mey I die, I say God, you see me, you see this my story… He wan mey I use my story heal people…
“Those things helped me heal, I never pay the debts finish, I will still go inside and cry… E help me heal.”
She said God made her go through these things to help others. She referred to herself as a God’s guinea pig.
