Popular comedian, Samuel Animashaun Perry, also known as Broda Shaggi, has revealed how he gets his inspiration for his skits.
In an interview with Hip TV, Broda Shaggi described himself as an indoor person, who often stays alone to write stories for his skits.
He also said content creating has become his full time job, adding that he gets most of his inspiration when he is alone in his house.
Broda Shaggi also pointed out that his personality is totally different from his skits, although most times he often dives into it to please his fans when he meets them.
He said, “I have taken this as my 24-7 job. Every time I create content I create my time to plan the shoot. No time. I don’t go out that much. I am more of an indoor person. I don’t club, not that it’s a bad thing, it is just my person.
“My home inspires me. I live alone, I get inspiration when I am alone and most of the time when I am alone you just see me laughing. I live alone, jot things down, and write stories.”
When asked about his interaction with his fans, Broda Shaggi said, “It’s a normal thing, my personality is different from this character. Most of the time when I am on set, I can vibe with anyone. When I am alone say I am travelling.
“When people see me they want to believe it’s still that character. I still put everything together because these are my fans. These are the people that subscribe to my YouTube channel.
“I don’t have the guts to do ‘yahoo’. Content creation is what I do aside from my other businesses,” he said this while debunking that content creators are often into cyber fraud.
“It’s what I started with. It is what put me out there. Through this content creation endorsements have come in, a lot has come to me. I just stay true to myself,” he continued.
