Actress Empress Njamah has cried out days about her engagement which had surprised her fans and colleagues.
Shortly after the video broke, her friend, Uche Elendu shared the news that the engagement is false and she is being blackmailed by someone.
In a new video on one of her Instagram pages, Empress narrated her ordeal at the hands of the one who came into her life in her most vulnerable state.
She stated that the man had come into her life when she lost her friend, Ada Ameh, and she needed someone to talk to because she was broken beyond what the media sees.
According to her, this man got into her life so deep that he had access to her naked videos and pictures. She said he had claimed to have lost his belongings when he got back into the country so she housed him.
She said the man changed immediately and he got hands on her nude videos. She got beaten and closely monitored. She said he drops her off at places she wants to and will be threatened not to spill the secret.
The actress went further to reveal that this man takes her to the hospital when she gets injured and he forced her to make that engagement video before she was able to run for her life.
She said the guy went back to the house to take all her valuables, her passport, Ipad, earphones, car and other things to keep her from fleeing.
She also made shocking revelations that some Nollywood celebrities are also in the mess because she recognized some faces of her colleagues in some of the videos.
An excerpt of her statement read, “Unknown to me, he was gathering the ‘tools’ he would use to blackmail me. When I tried talking, he blackmailed me with my nude videos.
“After he beat me, he would take me to the hospital, making sure he was not away from me for more than three minutes, so that she would not be able to speak to anyone about what she was going through.”
